It is our intention to continue providing you our best service and peace of mind during this uncertain time. 

We are prepared with the following procedure and adding to this list regularly:

  • Full remote work force capability in case of a forced office shutdown. For now, it is business as usual at NBCS.
  • Our phone service team has geographic diversity and is staffed to meet demands during any event.
  • Our e-mail and phone services network has geographic diversity and we stand ready to shift traffic to meet demands.
  • Deploying a strategy to coordinate continued delivery of services and support to our clients.

We will be triaged calls based on business sector:

  1. Medical
  2. Telecom/Critical IT services
  3. Government Contracts
  4. Food retail and necessities outlets
  5. Everything else becomes first come first serve


We have monthly plans for computer support, and we offer price per hour services.
