How to submit a ticket to North Bay Computer Services
We are deploying a new PSA (Professional services automation) tool. As a customer, you get faster service but we would like to explain to you the steps to getting service faster.
Step 1:
First, if you need support and are a maintenance customer you can do the following.
On the bottom right of your taskbar click the ^ arrow.
Step 2:
Right-click on the NBCS Logo and Choose Support
Step 3:
Fill out a quick note about your PC and in the second box fill in out detail.
